How much does a retained executive search cost at High Altitude Partners?

We use three flat fee tiers based on the role's first-year on-target earnings. Tier 1 is $7,500 for roles with OTE under $99,999. Tier 2 is $10,000 for OTE between $100,000 and $299,999. Tier 3 is $15,000 for OTE of $300,000 or more. The fee is set before the search begins and does not change.

Traditional recruiters charge 25 to 30 percent of the candidate's first-year salary, which means the higher the offer, the more the firm earns. A flat fee removes that misaligned incentive. The recruiter is paid the same regardless of which candidate is hired or what they negotiate, so the focus stays on fit instead of fee maximization.

Are there any hidden fees or expenses beyond the flat fee?

No. The flat fee covers the entire search from kickoff through placement. There are no separate retainers, milestone payments, percentage uplifts, or expense markups. The number you see is the number you pay.

Yes. Every search comes with a 90-day hiring guarantee. If the placement leaves or is let go within 90 days, we rerun the search at no additional cost.
