The answers were rarely about a tidy process. They were about a seat that had been filled wrong twice before, a candidate who nearly got passed over, a first ninety days that went sideways before it went right. Andy kept hearing stories that deserved a wider room than the one he was sitting in. This show is that wider room.

He is well placed to ask. Andy co-founded High Altitude Partners and leads every Food & Beverage and CPG search the firm runs. Before that he spent a decade inside an executive search firm, rising to VP of Operations, and started out at DaVita running high-volume recruiting across a workforce of more than 30,000 and leading the East Coast team that staffed hospitals and clinics.

Sixteen years in, he has sat on both sides of the table at every level, from a founder's first functional leader to the C-suite of brands you already have in your kitchen. He lives in Denver with his wife and son, serves on the board of Canine Partners of the Rockies, and will happily drive a hockey-playing kid to practice at an unreasonable hour.
